Xperience Outreach Charity Event at the Home of Joumana Kidd Hits the Mark!
Joumana Kidd hosted a fundraising event this past friday at her beautiful home, A Night Under the Stars with Sports Legends. The fund-raising event was held to benefit the Xperience Outreach Foundation during the World Police and Fire Games and the NYC 9/11 Ten Year Memorial. The event was a great success hitting the mark with a total of twenty thousand dollars in funds raised as a result of the event. Pinstripe Magazine was excited to be present to be able to bring you to coverage for such a worthy cause.
The Xperience Outreach Foundation is a youth focused organization that aims to provide inner city children inspiration and encouragement through mentoring, coaching and the sharing of life-changing experiences by some of sport’s most celebrated athletes.
Led by Allan Houston former NBA All-Star and current Assistant to the President of the New York Knicks and Richard Mahler founder of the International Children’s Support Foundation (ICF), the Xperience Outreach Foundation is a Charity organization dedicated to “bringing alternative experiences to the world’s largest sporting events.”
The event was held at the home of Joumana Kidd, drawing a friendly and well dressed crowd including some celebrity and other notable guests including assistant general manager and New York Knicks legend Allan Houston, former New York Giants wide receiver and Super Bowl XLII champion David Tyree, HGTV reality star Dina Manzo, celebrity DJ and radio personality DJ Cubby Bryant, New Jersey’s Active Center for Health and Wellness Co-Founder and Medical Director Dr. Michael Gross and International Children’s Support Foundation Founder Steve Mahler.
