All guys built forts when we were kids and that feeling never really leaves us ladies, just you so you know. Check out these incredible fortress homes, what guy wouldn’t want to own one? Who says square is square? This Fortress home in Warsaw Poland is all right angles and transforms itself from a square concrete building to an open multi-level dwelling in a matter of seconds. Like something straight out of a Bond film, the entire house will fold upon itself complete with concrete shutters and drawbridge.
The open state of the Transforming Concrete Fortress contains lots of glass, beautiful wood floors, contemporary everything to make this incredible fortress home a sight to be seen or better yet, experience to be lived in.

This home in Los Angeles California known as the Safe House, and with good reason. The beautiful home stands in the Hollywood Hills with an incredible view of LA includes 2 panic rooms, elaborate smart security technology.
The Safe House Artificial Intelligence will screen visitors and make decisions about entry and comes complete with it’s own helipad in case you need to make a quick getaway. The designer, V. Corbi even has contracted a local chopper company to come and lift his family to safety should anarchy decide to show its face.

The Pierre Rock House is nested in huge rock formations that were blasted out with dynamite and utilize the protection of and blend into the rock face of the landscape, giving very low profile. It is located some where in the San Juan Islands of Washington State. The hideaway fortress uses a lawn system that collects and recycles water and the entire floor of the home is made from the crushed rock that was blasted out to build the home. Add some solar cells and a hydroponic farm and become completely self-sustaining.
