Made out of high-grade anodized aircraft aluminum, it’s contours are sexy, slim and streamlined. Available in 3 color combinations: Gloss White Frame/Matt Black Cap, Matte Black Frame/Gloss White Cap and Gloss Black Frame with Gloss Black Cap which Pinstripe Magazine got a chance to test out. Sure it looks great in the picture but how does it feel and look in the real world? The answer is every bit as slick as it looks in the pictures! The Black powder coat and the fiberglass textured backplate give the R8 Pro its racing theme a feeling of authenticity.
The Vapor R8 Pro is comprised of two L shaped CNC machined aluminum pieces, which allen screw themselves together, 2 screws at two of the corners secures the case around the iPhone 4/s. Something nice that Element included was, a high impact polycarbonate cushion in the corners and above the power button to help cushion the blow when you drop that puppy. Included is a handy element case keychain style allen wrench tool with two extra screws, which was very thoughtful and a zipper padded case for your shiny new iPhone case. The anti-glare, static adhesion film isn’t too shabby either, just remember you have two sides to peel off, the meat of the film is sandwiched between two outer layers.
