CASIO EDIFICE EQB800
The EQB800’s bold blue stainless steel bezel is set off by the thick, powerful-looking index and hands which also displays the watch’s smartphone connection status and battery level. A dual-coil motor drives retrograde hand movements that express speed like a tachometer while also displaying stopwatch measurement values in 1/20-second increments. To provide enhanced timekeeping capabilities, the EQB800 can also be paired with a smart phone with just a push of a button through Casio’s Mobile Link Technology by downloading the CASIO WATCH+ app.
This new EDIFICE Smartphone Link chronograph was developed based on input from professional racing team members. G-SHOCK – G-STEEL
G-SHOCK just had their 35th anniversary. Casio G-SHOCK announced a special, limited edition GOLD TORNADO collection. Featuring three classic G-SHOCK models, the commemorative collection was designed with brilliant gold color accents against the brand’s signature black and red color scheme. The use of gold symbolizes the brand’s heritage and commitment to delivering consistent tough construction. The collection includes Master of G GRAVITYMASTER, G-STEEL, and FROGMAN timepieces, which each boast monolithic black bodies with bright red on the inside band and signature stamp “SINCE 1983” on the watch face. Additionally, each model features non-reflective sapphire glass and gold ion plating on the main metal parts including the bezel, case, and screws, further representing the brand’s aspiration to astonish and delight their fans with each new release.
Our favorite piece from the Gold Tornado collection is the G-Shock G-STEEL. These new models reduce the overall case size to approximately 90% of the previous models while incorporating existing layer guard structure and functions. This dramatic reduction in the module size makes it possible to make the case thinner and more compact. The GST-S310 model features a stainless steel bezel and band with all the durability that metal has to offer. The GST-S300 model has a resin bezel and a urethane band. A hefty urethane band provides an improved fit, which lightens the load to the wrist during long-term wear. Full-auto dual LED illumination provides outstanding readability of the analog and digital displays even in the dark.

Very few cars possess the kind of legacy the Porsche 911 does.
