The First NYC Electric Daisy Carnival 2012
Over the course of three days, nearly 100,000 fans across the metro NYC area, including Pinstripe Magazine staffers, gathered this past weekend at the Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey for The First Electric Daisy Carnival NYC 2012. Ok so it’s not quite NYC, but close enough. The sold out, three day electronic dance festival brought some of the worlds best DJ’s for a weekend long rave event. We had a blast! Neon clad sexy girls costumed in bikini tops and furry moccasins from all over the area came out to party with hordes of fans dancing and raving it up all day and night long!
Mass clubbers got a chance to dance to some of the hottest beats from the worlds best DJ’s on 4 different stages while being mesmerized by the state-of-the-art light shows and pyrotechnics. Three stages intermingled amongst the rides, beer and food stations with the main stage set inside the arena. The Electric Daisy Carnival in NYC brought 3 days with 11 consecutive hours of electronic sounds and light shows each day, May 18th – 20th. It didn’t end there, Insomniac threw after parties at Pacha in NYC with visits from the likes of Skrillex, Afrojack and Avicii.
