These amazing masterpieces, created by the Swiss brand Rolex, have done it again. Different from their most infamous gold and silver plated creations, the onyx colored vintage watches were designed by Alejandro Alcocer, founder of Dayreamer Projects and responsible for a 10 year imaginative collection in the area of food, fashion and design, as noted by Details Magazine. The idea came about by collecting 50 watches from their original sports models released by Rolex before 1990, embracing their unique characteristics and amplifying its details by painting the metal in black matte from a company that specializes in medical and military instruments.
