Thanksgiving Candied Yam and London Cider Cocktails. Instead of a typical Gin and Juice, how about something a little more thematic for your guests for Thanksgiving this year. Accent your wonderful Turkey dinner and fixins with a couple of your own signature house drinks for your friends and family. They are easy to make and delicious!
The Candied Yam
- 1 ½ oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 1 oz. Roasted Sweet Potato Puree
- ½ oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- Lemon Twist (garnish)
Shake vigorously and strain into glass with ice. Serve as friends arrive.
London Cider
- 2 oz. BULLDOG Gin
- 4 oz. Apple Cider
- Apple slice for garnish
- Combine ingredients in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with apple slice.
Alternative: Make it hot! Serve heated for an after-feast treat!
