Steve Ballmer’s Emotional Sunset from Microsoft
The mighty giant known as Microsoft is on their way to losing their CEO. Steve Ballmer will be sunsetting his career and heading to retirement as soon as a suitable replacement has been found. In a heartfelt, teary eyed and passionate speech to his troops yesterday, Mr. Ballmer discussed passing on his leadership to the future CEO and touched on endeavors with Nokia.
“we will deliver the next big thing… we will change the world again.”
At the end of his hour long speech, Steve Ballmer was said to have jumped and danced around the stage, yelling out “the sound of Microsoft!” with “you wanna be startin somethin” by Michal Jackson playing. After, with tears running down his face… “You work for the greatest company in the world, soak it in.” And parting with “I’ve had the time of my life” by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes playing, dancing and running around yelling “I’ve had the time of my life!” His troops respond back with screams of “we love you!” and cheers.
