Samsung Electronics America Inc has announced the pre-order availability of their new Windows 8 mobile PC and All-In-One product lines. The powerhouse known as Samsung is building off of their tablet experience and bringing mobile pc computing to the forefront with their diverse range of computing solutions.
Part of the Samsung product line up is the ATIV Smart PC line which enables users to utilize both a tablet and pc experience in a hybrid device, similar to using a android smartphone and docking it to a keyboard and monitor as in one of our previous article Ubuntu for Android mixing it up. The ATIV line utilizes a single Windows 8 OS for both mobile and docked environment.
Additionally, Samsung brings their Series 5 Ultra Touch which is a third gen Core i3 or i5 cpu on a touchscreen laptop for those who prefer a smaller mobile laptop touchscreen experience. The Series 5 and 7 All-In-One bring a convenience and usability in this minimalistic monitor and keyboard style desktop.
The Series 7 and Series 9 Premium Notebook round out the mobile PC line up from Samsung. If your looking for performance, the Series 7 is one of the thinnest quad-core laptops on the market today. The Series 9 Premium Notebook is sleek and lighweight, offering SSD or Solid State Drives for those who are looking for great performance without lugging around a heavy laptop.
