Samsung as unveiled it’s latest version of the Galaxy Tab, at their ‘Tab Into Color” event held in NYC on June 12th 2014. Showing off the new 8.4 inch and 10.5 inch Galaxy Tab S tablets equipped with a Multi-User Fingerprint Sensor and WQXGA Super AMOLED screen sporting a 2560×1600 resolution output, broader color spectrum, higher contrast and better outdoor visibility.
The Galaxy Tab S will run as Samsung’s new Flagship tablet. At 6.6mm it is the thinnest and lightest tablet available from Samsung and the new fingerprint sensor can register up to 8 different users and bring up different settings for each, even adding in a new Kids Mode.
Like answering phone calls from your Gear 2 watch? Now you can answer calls that come to your Galaxy S5 on your Tab S provided they are on the same WiFi network using the new Sidesync feature. Sidesync, like Apple’s HandOff, gives you the added ability to pass along tasks from one device to another. For example, composing an email on your phone, to finish it on your PC.
