To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Run DMC’s song “My adidas,” adidas Originals and DMC have collaborated on a limited-edition Superstar 80s sneaker which will launch this November. To commemorate the year the song and the Superstar hit the map – 1986 – only 1,986 pairs will be issued.
The iconic Superstar will be receiving a complete makeover, from a gold rope-chain lace lock to detailed embroidery, it’s certain to be a collector’s item.
The shoe is slated to drop on November 11 and will retail for $150
