Men's fashion is packing more of a punch than ever with a new team of international designers offering up their take on male trends. Greek Fashion Week rounded out the international RTW parade of fashion shows, but last definitely did not mean least in this case.
The Greek take on chic summer dressing was all about a lean silhouette. Chic and edgy was the grail offered up with the finely tuned combo of tailoring and fabrication.
Many of the looks had a slightly hard/gothic look, but it was well balanced out by the luxurious fabrics, and trendy styling– which seems to be the signature of this new Gilded Age.
The jacket, still the "must have" centerpiece for the well dressed man, whose appeal may be its uncomplicated and immediate ability to clean up any look, was not redefined but definitely revamped. Vests and dress shirts in unusual fabrications were also shown as a smart new take on formality.
