Paul Smith does it in Brooklyn first. His freestanding store will be in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, N.Y. and it’s due to open this month, Oct 16. However, it will only sell marked-down items. The 900-square-foot space address is 280 Grand Street between Roebling and Havemeyer Streets.
