It uses an ABS Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene or PLA Polylactic Acid plastics to bring your CADs to life. The plastics are hot upon building an object, cool then harden to a resin plastic form. You have a choice of about 16 colors cartridges to pick from in either ABS or PLA, including 2 glow that in the dark.
The Cube 3D is both Windows and Mac compatible out of the gate and costs about 2L. The printer unit comes in blue, green white, pink or silver. Color cartridges start at $49 and offer volume discounts.
