Costume National Homme showed their Fall 2012 menswear collection during Milan Fashion Week. Ennio Capasa stayed in his comfort zone with a punk-rock infused collection centered on hybrid outerwear concoctions, which worked to varying effect. The more straightforward and versatile pieces made for the strongest contenders, like a bottle green and black plaid blazer; a leather bomber jacket backed with black ribbed knit, and a reversible black cardigan-cum-jacket. Less appealing were the tricky mullet jackets: short in the front, long at the back which, like the haircut, looked a little wonky.
