Jean-Michel Basquiat, Brooklyn born, is a famous artist known to use graffiti as a foundation to his collage style paintings. He was known as a Neo-expressionist. Basquiat died in August of 1988 and in 1996, Julian Schnaabel directed a film Basquiat based on the artist. Here we see a cool editorial for Vogue Hommes International influenced by Basquiat.
