If you haven’t heard of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro Phone then keep reading. This new Android phone comes with so many features and we can not keep our hands off it.
The HUAWEI FullView Display is a stunning new 6-inch screen with an 18:9 display ratio, barely-there bezel and HDR10 technology for intensely vivid and bright Colors.
The signature stripe across the camera lens highlights the dual lens cameras, embodying the perfect symmetry of superior smartphone design. The ergonomic curved glass fits comfortably in your palm, feeling as good as it looks. You will be surprised too when you see that the phone comes with its own clear rubber case.
With IP67-rated water and dust resistance, the HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro is strong enough for whatever life throws at you. However, splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent conditions, and resistance may decrease as a result of normal wear but this is true with any other phone that has the same water resistance.
One of our favorite features is the camera and the so many things it does. We love the wide aperture/depth of field ability the camera on the phone captures. You can also shoot a 3d panoramic picture/video, which you can upload to social media and when you swipe up while in camera mode you get to set the camera settings just as you would using a DSLR camera. This is just a few but we can spend another hour telling you about the other things you can do with the camera.
If you are into watching movies on your phone but also own a TV or home theater projector that has Miracast built in and/or can share what’s on your phone wireless then the MirrorShare option let’s you watch what is on your phone on the big screen. Since you are able to download so many movies and videos on your phone now and/or subscribe to sites with streaming capabilities owning a projector comes in handy especially when viewing football games or hosting parties. Not many phones come with this option, not an iPhone or other Android phones so just having this feature alone is like hitting the jackpot.
Another cool feature, which comes in handy is how you are able to draw a specific letter on the screen with your knuckle to bring up certain apps like w for weather and c for camera. These letters can be customized later to use whatever app you like but the original ones do make sense.
With so many brilliant features on this phone the only three things missing with this phone is that it has no headphone jack, no microSD card slot – so you’ll need to use a dongle for your wired headphones and guarantee the ample internal storage is enough to last you the entire life-cycle of the phone and the phone doesn’t have wireless charging, despite the glass back. However, these are minor complaints since there is a solution for all of them.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro is very thin and comes in two colors, Midnight Blue and Titanium Gray. It has a Octa-core CPU (4 x Cortex A73 2.36 GHz+4 x Cortex A53 1.8 GHz)+i7 co-processor, Mali-G72 MP12 GPU and uses an Android™ 8.0 operating system.
