Bowers & Wilkins has just released their Panorama 2 surround sound home cinema one-box solution. This discreet, high-performance soundbar dramatically improves your audio performance when your viewing your movies. Hi-Fi sound sells the imagery your watching without cumbersome wires and speakers in every corner of your viewing room.

Using the same technology available in the 800 series Diamond, the Panorama 2 soundbar redefines Hi-Fi audio with new low frequency drivers that deliver improved linearity for dynamic performance and lower resonance for deeper extension. The Mid’s and Tweeters have also been improved to integrate better with one another and better balance overall.

Nine drive units make up the Panorama 2’s, five of which are utilized for active center speakers two for bass woofers and two for midrange drivers and one aluminum dome tweeter making up your robust center channel output. Ever watch a dvd and realize you can’t hear the dialogue, so you turn it up only to be blown out by the action scene that follows?

The remaining 4 drive units are each individually encased in their own enclosure and powered by six class D amplifiers for a combined output of 175 watts. The combination of bespoke drive unit technology and the latest digital amplification with Digital Signal Processing DSP provides robust surround sound and enhances your audio but if you want to you can plug in a subwoofer to make your sound thunder.

Three HDMI input ports and a single HDMI output port along with an intuitive OSD or On Screen Display, allows you the versatility to use the Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 2 with virtually any third party product.
