The daughter of a well – known Jazz composer, Nadia Kay was immersed in the music business from day one. She recalls singing along with her father as a young child, both at home and in rehearsals with his band. She spent her playtime writing melodies on the piano her father gave to her, all the while dreaming of someday sharing the stage with him. Soon she began performing in school productions like “Oklahoma” and “Rent,” each experience further strengthening her resolve to pursue a career in entertainment. But first, she followed her parents’ advice and earned a BBA in marketing degree from a private fashion school in Manhattan, NY. After performing at open-mic nights around the city with her Pop/Rock band, Nadia eventually met a music producer who would soon change her life forever.
She will be going on international tour soon but Nadia still made time to come out and celebrated with us at New York Fashion Week Twilight Finale. See her being interviewed during the event in the video below.
